Week 22, day 4

We know ...

We had the ultrasound tech write the sex of the baby on a piece of paper and seal it in an envelope for us to open later. Well, we opened it!

Week 22, day 1

I helped with the registration of PJ Olsson’s Rock Camp today. Then I stayed on to see the how things went. Eventually, when the music got started, so did the baby kicking. It was pretty cool.

Week 20, day 7

Last night I felt my first official kick!!! Actually three! Todd barely missed seeing and feeling it. After it happened, we stared at my belly, put our hands on it, nudged it, etc., to try and make it kick again. But no luck. Turns out you can will another human being to do something. Who knew?

Week 19, day 4

I think I felt the baby move tonight while relaxing in bed, playing a game on my iphone.

Week 18, day 6

I am starting to feel the weight of the baby, uterus, placenta and whatever else is down there. It is a constant presence. I still don’t feel any movement or quickening from the baby. We’ll have the second ultrasound this Friday, where hopefully we will find out what it is.
