Books and DVDs

I just ordered 6 DVDs and 2 books from Amazon.com. Maybe I got a little excited. Well, yes, I definitely got a little excited. But there was one DVD set, pilates before, during and after pregnancy that just sounded too good. And too other that looked just as good. What’s wrong with having options?

Friday – Week 6?

Work was long.

I have been waiting for symptoms and signs. Maybe I am searching too hard.

I was reading some other blogs, and agreed with one that this waiting period is so hard. I feel like I am searching for all the symptoms and signs and not feeling them makes me question if I am pregnant at all.

Why can’t it be 4 weeks from now just to get confirmation and be able to tell people freely? Hurry up!

Todd inadvertantly told a couple of Phi Taus today. He told a stranger, the comedian who is MCing the Queens coronation. And the comedian accidentally told Nick and Drew. oops! Hopefully they can keep a secret.

Oh wait, maybe I feel my uterus stretching. Yeah!

As soon as I got to work I made an appointment with my Doctor to see if I am really pregnant.

I went and saw her and she was very excited. She ordered a blood test and gave me a prescription for prenatal vitamins.

I got the blood test done. It is true. Though the nurse said the hormone levels aren’t that high, so I am probably very early on.

I filled the perscription.

I told todd after work by giving him the onsies and a “baby on the go” pack and the pregnant pee stick.

I had a funny hunch and took a pregnancy test. It was positive. I stood there looking at it, wondering why it wasn’t saying that I was not pregnant. Weird.

Then I decided that I would see my doctor in the morning and if she said i was pregnatn, then I would tell Todd. I didn’t want to get him all excited about being pregnant if I wasn’t really.

So i went to Walmart and bought a package of onesies, just in case.
